This is a modernized example layout that keeps the original voice and community structure while using semantic HTML, responsive CSS Grid, and reusable components instead of image-based page chrome.

The old fixed-width tables and decorative corner images are replaced by scalable cards, gradients, borders, and shadows built in CSS.
